Quickaction Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Quickaction. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for subscriptions or payments made through Quickaction (the "Service").
1. All Subscription Payments Are Nonrefundable
Quickaction operates on a subscription basis. All payments for monthly plans, yearly plans, and custom plans are nonrefundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the product or service and the terms defined by the business offering it via the Platform. Digital services, bookings, courses, events, sessions, and products may have different cancellation or return terms set by that business.
3. Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us within 7 days at admin@quickaction.app. Refunds may be issued only if Quickaction confirms an actual billing error such as duplicate charges, incorrect plan pricing, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation.
4. Yearly Plans
Yearly subscription payments are made upfront and are not eligible for prorated or partial refunds. If you cancel early, you will keep access for the remainder of your paid year.
5. Chargebacks
If a chargeback is filed with your bank or credit card issuer, your Quickaction account may be paused or terminated. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve the issue quickly.
6. Canceling Your Subscription
You may cancel anytime through your account dashboard. After cancellation, you will not be charged again and will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
7. Custom Plans
Custom or enterprise plans may include onboarding, integrations, or support work. All fees for custom plans are nonrefundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
8. Changes to This Policy
Quickaction may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date.
