To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickaction will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts located in Oregon, USA.
